When you sell your Diamond Club Membership, the buyer will take over your membership, including all lifetime benefits. You’ll receive payment in the form of the token used for the transaction, and the new owner gets access to the exclusive content.

There are no hidden fees when minting your Diamond Club Membership directly on the Fantasy Digital platform. However, if you transfer or sell the NFT via a third-party platform like OpenSea, a re-activation fee will apply when the new owner wishes to use thier membership on Fantasy Digital. This ensures that creators continue to receive their fair share of compensation through our profit-sharing system, even after the membership changes owners.

Every time a Diamond Club Membership is minted or resold, creators benefit from Fantasy Digital’s exclusive profit-sharing system. A portion of the transaction goes to support creators, ensuring they are fairly compensated for the content you enjoy.
Diamond Club Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Lifetime Access
Upon purchase of the Diamond Club Membership, the holder is granted lifetime access to all regular subscriber-only content on the Fantasy Digital platform. This access remains active as long as the NFT is held in your connected wallet. However, lifetime access does not include paid private chats, follower-only content, or VIP Vault content, which may require additional memberships or fees.

2. Limited Availability
Only 1,000 Diamond Club Memberships will ever be minted. Once sold out, no additional memberships will be created.

3. One Membership Per Wallet
Each wallet is restricted to one Diamond Club Membership. Attempting to acquire multiple memberships through the same wallet will result in cancellation of the transaction or restriction of membership benefits.

4. Resale and Transfer
The Diamond Club Membership can be resold or transferred on the Fantasy Digital NFT Marketplace or third-party platforms like OpenSea. However, only one membership is allowed per wallet. If the membership is transferred on a third-party platform, the new owner must pay a re-activation fee to unlock the membership benefits on Fantasy Digital.

5. Re-Activation Fee If the Diamond Club Membership is transferred or sold via a third-party marketplace, a re-activation fee of 15% of the last known sales amount in FTXXX will be required to reinstate membership benefits on the Fantasy Digital platform. This fee ensures the proper transfer of benefits and continued compensation for creators. The re-activation fee is non-refundable.

6. Blacklist and Restriction
Fantasy Digital reserves the right to blacklist users for violating platform rules or engaging in fraudulent activity. Blacklisted users may face the following consequences:

  • Restriction from reselling or transferring their Diamond Club NFT.
  • Inability to reactivate a membership on Fantasy Digital.
  • Restricted access to the Fantasy Digital Platform
  • Revocation of membership benefits, rendering the NFT void for future use.
7. Creator Profit-Sharing
Fantasy Digital’s profit-sharing system ensures that creators receive compensation from both the initial minting and any resale of the Diamond Club NFT. This applies to all transactions conducted within the Fantasy Digital ecosystem and third-party platforms.

8. Non-Refundable
All purchases of the Diamond Club Memberships are final and non-refundable. Once the NFT is minted or purchased, it cannot be refunded, regardless of membership use or resale.

9. Ownership Rights
Ownership of a Diamond Club Membership grants access to the platform's exclusive locked subscriber content, but it does not grant any rights to the intellectual property of the content itself. All content remains the property of Fantasy Digital and its creators.

10. Transfer of Benefits
All Diamond Club membership benefits transfer to the new owner upon resale. The previous owner will lose all membership privileges once the NFT is transferred.

11. Compliance with Platform Rules
Diamond Club members must comply with all Fantasy Digital platform rules and terms of service. Failure to comply may result in suspension or revocation of membership benefits without compensation.

12. Changes to Terms
Fantasy Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to NFT holders and take immediate effect.
