Fantasy Digital is a web3-powered platform for creators and fans of all kinds. We empower users to share, connect, and earn—whether your content is educational, artistic, spicy, or somewhere in between. To keep our platform safe, inclusive, and innovative, we require all users to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. General Guidelines

You may use Fantasy Digital for lawful, respectful, and community-minded activities. You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Post or promote content that is hateful, violent, threatening, harassing, or abusive.
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: non-consensual sexual content (revenge porn), bestiality, incest, or any content depicting violence or non-consensual sexual acts.
• The use of AI-generated content (Deepfakes) to depict real people without their express written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Content Guidelines

We support a wide range of content—including NSFW/adult material—but we request you:

• Tag adult/spicy content appropriately using platform tools.
• Ensure all people featured are 18+ and have consented to appear.
• Avoid content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or illegal activities.
• Avoid spam, misleading tags, or fake engagement tactics (e.g., bots, fake followers).

3. Prohibited Use Cases

You may not use Fantasy Digital to:

• Distribute malware, phishing links, or engage in hacking.
• Launder money or engage in other financial crimes.
• You may not use the platform if you are located in, or a citizen of, a country sanctioned by the US, EU, or UK (e.g., OFAC list), or if your wallet address has been flagged for illicit activity.
• Circumvent platform systems, including KYC/identity checks or wallet restrictions.
• Harass users or incite mob behavior.

4. Web3-Specific Restrictions

Given Fantasy Digital’s web3 functionality:

• You may not create or distribute NFTs or tokens that contain illegal, exploitative, or hateful content. While Fantasy Digital cannot delete data from the blockchain, we reserve the right to blacklist or 'de-list' any NFT or content from our platform interface that violates this policy.
• You may not impersonate another wallet or user.
• You must comply with our smart contract and token standards.

5. Community and Creator Integrity

All creators and fans are expected to:

• Respect boundaries, private content, and personal information.
• Refrain from targeted harassment, doxxing, or off-platform threats.
• Use referral and achievement systems fairly.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our users to help keep Fantasy Digital safe. You can report content or users for violations. We reserve the right to:

• request additional age or identity verification from any user at any time, at our sole discretion, to ensure platform safety. Failure to comply will result in immediate suspension of platform access.
• Remove or restrict access to content or features.
• Suspend or ban accounts.
• Revoke access to monetization or NFT services.
• Report violations to legal authorities when required.

7. Appeals

Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting [creatorsupport@fantasydigital.co] within 7 days of the action being taken. We aim to be transparent and fair in our enforcement.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated terms. We’ll notify users of major changes.
